Make Solution for cultures with salt, phosphate and trace element solution.
Construct a slide with light bulbs and batteries to observe the cultures under speculation
Measure the time it takes for each Chlamydomonas culture to return to the bottom of test tube after has been shook.
Put every other tube into light or darkness for at least 12 hours switching them on a daily bases for accurate results
Observe to see whether culture will swim toward light or darkness on the light bulb slide.
Record this procedure everyday for one week.
Measure to see how many time the culture moved toward the dark and how many times it moved towards light
