Preliminary Results:
Although far from conclusive, due to the limited data base, the following are reasonable deductions from the data:
1. There is substantial difference in the fractal dimension of the wild versus domestic varieties examined.
2. The Fractal Dimension of the domestic variety is generally greater than the wild (Selection for fullness?)
3.Little difference in FD of the Poplar and Maple. (Poplar is not often an ornamental variety, resulting in less artificial diversity.)
