When we began this project, we set out to see if the elevation or contour interval modified the fractal dimensions of the contours.
After analyzing the fractal dimensions, we determined that it had to be the method used to make topographical quadrangle maps that actually determines the fractal dimensions.
This disproved our hypothesis and we decided that another method of map making would be better suited to determine fractal dimensions.
