Expanding Your Horizons Conference - Edenton

This career conference is designed to increase young women's interest in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) by giving seventh grade girls from North Carolina the opportunity to interact with female role models in related fields. Each year, professional women across NC volunteer their time for this conference to foster awareness of career opportunities for women in science related fields, providing students with opportunities to meet and form personal contacts with women working in traditionally male occupations.
