Relating Genetics to Everyday Life: A Collection of Activities for the High School Biology Classroom

The manual contains 20 activities divided into 5 separate units that are structured around the following topics: an introduction to genomics, microbes, plants, microbe-plant interactions, and human impact. It was created as the educational outreach component for research being done in the area of genomics, not only at North Carolina State University, but also at a number of other university research facilities around the country The activities manual is available, free of charge, to high school science teachers in North Carolina, Texas, Kentucky, Arizona, Virginia, Ohio, and Indiana.

Environmental Science: A Collection of Activities for Middle School Classroom

The NSF Science and Technology Center for Environmentally Responsible Solvents and Processes is proud to present a new resource for Middle School Science teachers. A collection of activities from NC WILD, Project WET, Project Learning Tree, S.E.A. Lab, Water Sourcebook and SEPUP designed for the middle school classroom and correlated to the NC Standard Course of Study (NCSCS) and Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS). The book is FREE to NC and Texas middle school science teachers.

Environmental Science: A Collection of Activities for High School Classroom

The NSF Science and Technology Center for Environmentally Responsible Solvents and Processes is proud to present a new resource for NC Earth/Environmental Science teachers. This collection of activities have been correlated to the objectives of the NC SCS for this newest high school course.
